Customer satisfaction is our number one goal. If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your on-line purchase from Megan’s Lifestyle Boutique, you may return the item/s for a refund or store credit within the time periods and terms outlined below.
Some items MAY NOT BE RETURNED. These include items marked as Super Sale or Special Sale items, Clearance Items, FINAL SALE items or any item that is priced 50% or more off the regular price. In addition, ALL Jewelry and monogrammed items are non-returnable.
Customers should inspect all packages immediately upon delivery. Return policies are based on the date of delivery posted by the carrier.
Return Time Periods:
- Full Purchase Price Refunded (less shipping cost): RA request MUST be within 5 days from the order delivery date
- On-Line Store Credit: RA request within 10 days from the order delivery date
- NO Refunds or Store Credits if RA request exceeds the above noted time parameters
How to Process Your Return:
- In order to receive a full refund, you MUST CALL 972.899.4060 or EMAIL (email@example.com) to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number within 5 days from the time of delivery. The "contact us" link may also be used to request an RA
- Send package using USPS, UPS, Fed-Ex or other standard delivery service. Please use appropriate packing material to ensure protection of the item. When possible, use the same packing material used for the original delivery
- It is recommended to insure the item/s, as Megan’s Lifestyle Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged products resulting from the return shipment process
- The returned package must be clearly labeled with a proper RA# obtained from Megan's
- The item(s) must be returned in new, ready-to-sell condition. Items that have been altered, washed, tags removed, worn or show signs of other damage will not be accepted. SHOES must be returned in the original box and show no signs of being worn
- The package must be mailed at the earliest possible time once the RA# is issued. (No later than 3 business days from the date of receiving the RA #)
- Shipping/Handling costs for sending the package back to Megan's are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.
The original credit card or PayPal account used to place the order will be credited for the purchase price of the item, including applicable sales tax but less original shipping cost.
Items shipped outside the United States cannot be returned
Please inspect the package at time of delivery. If the product is damaged during shipping, you have the option to refuse the delivery. If you choose to refuse the delivery, please note the damages on the delivery receipt.
If you accept the damaged package and discover the product is indeed damaged after opening, please return the damaged box along with the returned product. This is necessary for insurance processing.
Photography of damaged packages is helpful to support mishandling by carrier.
Megan’s Lifestyle Boutique will issue credits for the return shipping cost on all damages items. Please make a photocopy of the paid postage receipt and return it with the damaged items.
