Part Time Women's Boutique Sales Associate

Locally owned Women’s Boutique specializing in unique women’s apparel, accessories, jewelry, shoes and gifts. Located in the Shops at Highland Village - Highland Village, Texas. We are known for outstanding personalized service, a relaxed environment and always a fun time. Our goal is to make our customer’s shopping experience stress free. We focus on specialized attention, assisting each customer with that right fit, style, gift and service. We take pride in providing a "hometown" atmosphere, a place where shopping is the way it was meant to be…fun!

We are currently seeking permanent part-time sales associates.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with customers to ensure an overall positive shopping experience
  • Provides honest feedback to customers regarding styles and fashion trends as they relate to the individual shopper
  • Exhibit a pleasant, courteous personality... greeting customers and engaging in friendly conversations to ensure all shopping experiences are pleasant
  • Stays current with new fashion trends, tips and news
  • Works with customers to assist in curating their wardrobes
  • Continues to build long term customer relationships by conducting follow-up communications through email, phone, text and social media; including, informing customers of newly arrived products, specials and or news
  • Operate cash register, credit card machine and gift certificate tracker
  • Updates computer databases related to sales, vendor communications and other operating information as needed
  • Completes light cleaning to ensure the store looks the best at all times
  • Handles some product receiving. Shipment verifications, product pricing and readiness for displaying. Includes quality control on received merchandise
  • Conducts merchandising of product
  • Monitor web site inventory


  • High school diploma, or equivalent. College is a plus
  • 2 + yr experience in prior sales, specific to women’s apparel
  • Knowledge in the fashion industry
  • Strong communications skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Must have ability to conduct general math
  • Computer experience necessary - Excel, Word, Email
  • Social Media app experience a plus: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter
  • Ability to work with flexible store hours depending on peak times and holidays
